The unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic set in motion one of the most abrupt business disruptions in decades. Organisations were forced to rapidly transition their staff to a remote workplace in order to maintain brand confidence and both staff and customer continuity. This was the case for the Central Bank of West Africa. “During a crisis like this, you need to be able to deliver. Digicloud stepped up to the challenge and did it. Working together as one, for a common goal. This is more than a collaboration, but a true partnership that is built to last.
In the beginning, I was wary about working with a Distributor. But Digicloud has proven their value and helped us achieve more than we could ever imagine achieving on our own. This project is a great example of this, ” says Dennis de Weerd: Sales Director, Incentro Africa.
Digicloud’s ambition is to digitally enable a million people across the African continent. The work transformation Incentro achieved with the Central Bank of West Africa, in partnership with Digicloud, is one such example. “The unstable business environment in which many businesses have found themselves during 2020 has made digital transformation a necessity. To facilitate this, customers need partners with the skills and expertise to help support them through this change. Digicloud are proud to collaborate with Incentro in assisting customers with a Google inspired digital transformation in these challenging times, ” says Gregory MacLennan: CEO, Digicloud Africa.
